PRESS CONFERENCE REGARDING THE OPENING CEREMONY OF THE SPELEO HOUSE
On today′s press conference, which was held in the premises of the County of Istria in Pula, representatives of the Region of Istria and the Public Institution Natura Histrica, presented several updates regarding the implementation of the project Život-Voda! (acronym: Živo!) whose major achievement is the establishment of the Science and Education Center Speleo House.
Reporters were informed about the achieved project results and future plans developed for the sustainable use of ZEC Speleo house.
The project brought significant investments in the sparsely populated and developed area of Ćićarija that will surely become an international center for the study of karst, outdoor learning and work towards the protection of nature and environment.
The opening of the Science and Education Center scheduled for Tuesday 15 September at 11 am in Vodice will be attended by the President of the Region, mr. sc. Valter Flego, the mayor of Buzet Siniša Žulić, the Mayor of Lanišće Neven Mikac and other guests.
